Solace Sessions

Our signature Solace Sessions are a mix of weights, cardio and bodyweight exercises. Always different and always fun! Classes are tailored to participants and have a supportive and friendly community feel.

Beginner Weights Times 

Learn the correct postures, hand holds and progression techniques so you can safely use the equipment in the gym on your own. We'll help you build confidence. Perfect for all ages, our teen members can join these too.

Pilates and Yoga Times 

Join Rosie from Rosie Glo upstairs in the yoga studio for her expert gentle guidance. This is suitable for most abilities. Pilates is in the main class space, through the cafe and to the rear of the building with the very experienced pilates pro Tina.

Dance Class Times 

Come and move your body to the music under the careful instruction of our enthusiastic and fun loving dance teachers. Join the energetic powerhouse Chloe for dance aerobics, kicking it old school!

Teen Hit Times 

This one is for our 11 - 15 year olds on a teen membership. Join Adam and Ellie from AE Sport's Nutrition for their youth sessions and improve fitness, build confidence with equipment and have a lot of fun at the same time!

(Please note: all classes and gym sessions must be booked (even with Memberships) and walk-ins will not be possible without a prior booking as class sizes are limited).

Classes

All of our Solace Sessions classes in our Cheltenham gym follow a similar pattern, a guided warm up, demonstration of the exercises in the round, plenty of rest and water breaks and a cool down. Please remember to tell the class leader of any injuries at the start of the class so they can tailor exercises for you.
