Solace Gym is situated in Leckhampton, Cheltenham with a packed timetable of classes and a gym with free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The only thing we take seriously here is the standard of exercise we provide. With highly qualified and experienced trainers delivering the classes, Solace Gym is a place where the exercise is fun and the focus is on well being and mental health rather than what you look like.

 

With lots of emphasis on building a community, adding a lot of variety to the timetable to keep people interested and making exercise as accessible as possible for people, Solace Gym is an independent gym like no other! As well as the signature Solace Session classes, (an example of which is in the video above), we also have pilates, yoga and several dance based classes on the timetable, all included in the memberships.

We also have a cafe area, co-working space and put on fun social events for our members. And we run regular pre-school soft play sessions.
