Solace Opens 'Venice Beach' Inspired Gym!

Solace has been open for a while holding a variety of classes in our large fitness hall but we are very excited to announce that our brand new gym area is now open as well. With state of the art machines, a large free weights area with squat racks and benches and a cardio zone comprising of a running machine, aero bike and water filled rowing machines, we've got you covered for a full body workout.

We like to do things a little differently at Solace, and so followed our 80s theme by recreating the iconic Venice Beach.....complete with seagulls! We never take ourselves too seriously here and that creates a lovely relaxed environment for our members to work out in.

Another way we are improving the customer experience here is by making slots at our gym bookable. This way members are guaranteed a good work out (no-one likes making the effort to get out for a session and finding all the machines are taken!) and it's a calmer environment for our many members who find busy, loud gyms overwhelming.
